Shipping & Returns
Process time — Given the customised and handmade nature of our products, kindly allow us 2–4 days of process time before dispatch.
Shipping timelines —
- Metro & tier-1 cities: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- Standard shipping PAN India: 4–9 working days after dispatch.
- International shipping: 10–12 working days after dispatch.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, personalised items may take an extra 2–3 days beyond the estimate. We’ll keep you informed of any such delays.
Returns — As each piece is handmade and often personalised, orders once placed cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase. If your item arrives damaged, reach out on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
