Shipping & Returns
Process time — Given the customised and handmade nature of our products, kindly allow us 2–4 days of process time before dispatch.
Shipping timelines —
- Metro & tier-1 cities: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- Standard shipping PAN India: 4–9 working days after dispatch.
- International shipping: 10–12 working days after dispatch.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, personalised items may take an extra 2–3 days beyond the estimate. We’ll keep you informed of any such delays.
